Yet too few women reach the places where decisions get made.
And too many of those who do burn out trying to stay there.
That's not because women aren't ready to lead. It's because the leadership we inherited was built on “divide and rule”.
Colonizers used it to conquer.
Patriarchy and extractive capitalism still run the same playbook.
It divides women from our bodies, until we lead like output machines.
It divides us from each other, until we compete for the few seats at the table.
It divides us from the earth, until we forget where our power comes from.
So we either hold back from power, or burn out holding it.
I'm here to rewild

Hi! I’m Pukhraj
For 15+ years I've been building leaders, communities and partnerships across education and social impact. I mentored teachers with Teach For India. I stewarded a global network of 700+ education ambassadors at HundrED. I founded an impact marketplace that partnered with women-led maker organizations, reaching 500+ artisans and bringing 10 South-Asian artisan brands into the Nordic market.
Then I ran my own business into burnout, because I believed sacrifice was proof of how much I cared. Rebuilding taught me what no leadership training ever had: a woman's power only lasts when it's rooted.
The Mother Tree Way™ is what I built from that.

Matrikoulu is my vision for a School for Feminine Leadership, drawn from matriarchal philosophies, leadership structures and societies that led this way long before it needed a name.
