Never before have leaders carried so much invisible weight. Patriarchy, capitalism and colonialism built leadership on taking: from our bodies, our communities and the land.

This is the inner work I walk alongside leaders through.
Stressed planet. Stressed systems. Stressed self.
Climate breakdown and biodiversity loss. Debt crises, civil unrest and degenerative work cultures. Anxiety, loneliness and burnout. These aren't separate crises. They feed each other, and the people working hardest to heal them are feeling it most.
We can't build a thriving world from depleted selves. A purposeful, fulfilled and free life asks us to rebuild our relationship with what we were taught to forget: nature, ancestral wisdom and our own bodies.
That's what restoring feminine leadership intelligence means to me: not replacing the masculine, but bringing the two back into balance, so planet, systems and self can thrive again.
I call it rewilding
leadership.

natural, ancestral

It comes from their connection to hundreds of other trees through an underground network. Through it they share resources, send warnings, and keep the whole forest resilient. Their power is real, and it is regenerative.

Hi! I’m Pukhraj
For 15+ years I've been building leaders, communities and partnerships across education and social impact. I mentored teachers with Teach For India. I stewarded a global network of 700+ education ambassadors at HundrED. I founded an impact marketplace that partnered with women-led maker organizations, reaching 500+ artisans and bringing 10 South-Asian artisan brands into the Nordic market.
Then I ran my own business into burnout, because I believed sacrifice was proof of how much I cared. Rebuilding taught me what no leadership training ever had: power only lasts when it's rooted.
The Mother Tree Way™ is what I built from that.
