1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of coaching programs, memberships, digital products, and related services ("Services") offered by Pukhraj Ranjan ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Prish Oy, through pukhrajranjan.com and any associated platforms ("the Store").

By purchasing, registering for, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our Services.

These Terms apply to consumers purchasing for personal, non-commercial use, and are written with EU/EEA consumer protection law in mind.

2. Our Services

Root to Rise offers feminine/regenerative leadership coaching in several formats, which may change or expand over time:

Self-paced programs (e.g., the Root to Rise Self-Paced Curriculum) — pre-recorded video content, journaling/workbook materials, and lifetime access, completed at your own pace without live group sessions.
Group mentorship programs (e.g., the Root to Rise Spring/Autumn Group Mentorship) — cohort-based programs combining video content with live group calls and personalized materials.
1:1 coaching — individual coaching sessions or packages booked directly with Pukhraj.
Digital products — standalone downloadable resources (e.g., planners, mini-trainings, bundles).
Mycelium — year-long regeneration support for social impact founders & their organizations, covering the senior team and founder together. Priced on a sliding scale based on the organization's budget.
Wintering — a weekend retreat for social impact leaders and organizations, combining somatic experiences, healing practices, and group discussion. Facilitation is priced separately from venue, food, and any additional features, which are quoted based on the organization's needs.
Speak & Facilitate — booking Pukhraj as a keynote speaker or workshop facilitator for leadership events, conferences, or team offsites.

The specific inclusions, format, and price of each offering are as described on the relevant product/services page at the time of purchase.

3. Eligibility

To purchase our Services, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country of residence) and able to enter into a legally binding contract. Our Services are intended for personal use by adult women seeking leadership coaching; they are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice (see Section 6).

By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide (name, contact details, payment details) is accurate and current.

4. Purchases, Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include or exclude tax as stated at checkout.
Some Services can be paid in full, or via an installment/deposit plan (e.g., a percentage deposit followed by scheduled installments), as offered on the relevant product page.
By choosing an installment or deposit plan, you authorize us (or our payment processor, Squarespace Payments) to charge each scheduled installment automatically. It's your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid and funded.
If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge, pause your access to the Service, or follow up to arrange an alternative payment method.
We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases at any time; changes will not affect an order you've already placed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Your right to withdraw and any applicable refunds — including the 14-day EU withdrawal period, the non-refundable advance that applies after that window, and terms for installment/deposit plans, memberships, and 1:1 coaching — are set out in full in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between this section and the Return & Refund Policy, the Return & Refund Policy governs.

6. Coaching Disclaimer

Our Services are educational and developmental in nature. Coaching is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, or financial advice. You should consult an appropriately licensed professional for any medical, psychological, legal, or financial concerns.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or income from participating in our programs. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and consistent application of what you learn. Testimonials and examples shared reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.

7. Intellectual Property & License to Use

All course content, videos, workbooks, journals, frameworks, branding, and materials provided through our Services ("Materials") are the intellectual property of Pukhraj Ranjan / Prish Oy and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

When you purchase a Service, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Materials for your own personal development. You may not:

Reproduce, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Materials, in whole or in part
Share your login/access with others
Use the Materials to create a competing product or service
Publicly post or republish course content without our written permission

We may revoke access for violations of this license.

8. Community & Conduct

Some Services include access to group calls, community spaces, or shared channels (e.g., WhatsApp, membership community). While participating, you agree to:

Treat other members and Pukhraj with respect and courtesy
Keep what other members share in group settings confidential (see Section 9)
Not harass, discriminate against, or harm other members
Not use the space to promote your own products/services without permission

We reserve the right to remove anyone from community spaces or programs who violates these guidelines, without refund of any non-refundable portion of their purchase (see Return & Refund Policy).

9. Confidentiality

We respect the personal nature of coaching conversations. Information shared during 1:1 sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm to you or others.

In group programs and community spaces, all participants are expected to keep what's shared by other members confidential and not repeat it outside the group without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Root to Rise / Pukhraj Ranjan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services — including loss of income, opportunity, or personal outcomes — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable EU/EEA consumer protection law, including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, which continue to apply if you are an EU/EEA consumer.

If a dispute can't be resolved directly with us, EU consumers can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or contact their national consumer protection authority.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect new offerings or legal requirements. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. We'll post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "last updated" date; material changes may also be communicated by email.
