The Mycelium is a 12-month partnership for a woman leading an organization: a founder, an executive director, a leader carrying a team and a mission. We begin with you. Then, like the underground network it's named after, the work spreads outward, into your leadership team and the partnerships around you, bringing matriarchal ways of leading into an organization built on patriarchal ones.
The board meeting. The funding deadline. The team that still expects you to carry everything. The old patterns creep back in, not because you've failed, but because the organization around you was built on the same model you've been unlearning.
That's the thing about extraction.

Four seasons to strengthen the mycelium
Nature doesn't transform in twelve weeks, and neither do organizations. The Mycelium moves with the seasons, each quarter building on the last and closing with a Harvest Day with your leadership team.
Months 1 - 3
Season 1: SEED
From you, outward. We anchor your own leadership first: your boundaries, your rhythm, your non-negotiables. We look honestly at where extraction still lives in how you lead, and set the intention for the year.
Months 4–6
Season 2: ROOT
From carrying to sharing. We bring your leadership team in. Together we introduce matriarchal structures, such as circle practices, shared decision-making and reciprocal roles, so leadership stops living in one person.
Months 7 - 9
PHASE 3: WEAVE
FFrom inside to outward. We map your ecosystem, strengthen the partnerships and alliances that multiply your impact, and clarify the voice your organization brings to the world.

SEASON 4: HARVEST
From practice to culture. We integrate what's grown, make it part of how your organization runs, and plan the year ahead in rhythm, not in a rush.

Meet Your Guide
I am Pukhraj. For fifteen years I built leaders, communities and partnerships across education and social impact. I mentored teachers with Teach For India, stewarded a global network of 700+ education ambassadors at HundrED, and founded an impact marketplace that partnered with women-led maker organizations reaching 500+ artisans.
Then I ran my own business into burnout, because I believed sacrifice was proof of how much I cared. Rebuilding myself led me to the Mother Tree Way™, and to the belief that a woman's leadership only lasts when the structures around her are rooted too.
The Mycelium is where I bring all of it together: the coach, the weaver, and the woman who had to learn this the hard way.

The program fee is set on a sliding scale, based on your organization's annual operating budget:
Less than €1M: €6,000
€1M – €10M: €12,000
Greater than €10M: €27,000
A 10% deposit secures your place at the start of our partnership. Payment plans are available.

No. Many women come to the Mycelium after Root to Rise, but it's not a requirement. In our first season, we build the same foundations directly into your year.

Root to Rise is a 12-week journey focused on you. The Mycelium is a full year, 1:1, and it goes beyond you, into your team, your partnerships and the way your organization runs.

Your leadership team, or the people you lead most closely. We'll decide together who should be in the room, based on your organization's size and structure.

Yes. Many leaders invest in the Mycelium as part of their organization's leadership development budget. I can invoice your organization directly.
