Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights when you purchase coaching services from Pukhraj Ranjan (Prish Oy, FI 3012147-9) ("we," "us," "our") through our website www.pukhrajranjan.com. It is written to comply with EU consumer protection law — primarily the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), as implemented into national law across the EU/EEA.

It applies to consumers (private individuals acting outside their trade, business, craft, or profession) who purchase coaching sessions, programs, or packages as "distance contracts" — i.e., ordered online, without both parties being physically present together at the time of purchase.

Business-to-business purchases are not covered by the statutory withdrawal rights described here, though you may choose to extend similar terms as a courtesy.

2. Your Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU law, if you purchase our coaching services online as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and without incurring any cost other than as described below.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract is concluded (i.e., the day of purchase), since coaching is a service rather than a physical good.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it's enough to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.

3. Loss of the Right to Withdraw — Express Consent for Services

Because coaching is a service delivered digitally/remotely and often begins shortly after purchase, EU law allows businesses to ask the client to expressly waive part or all of the 14-day right in exchange for starting sooner. Specifically:

If you ask us to begin the coaching service before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and you give your express consent and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, then:
- If we complete the service in full within the 14 days, your right of withdrawal ends once performance is complete.
- If you withdraw partway through, you must pay a proportionate amount for the coaching already provided up to the point you told us you were withdrawing, calculated in proportion to the full contract price.
Without this express consent and acknowledgment on file, your full 14-day right of withdrawal applies even if sessions have already started.

We collect this consent at checkout via a checkbox (or equivalent) before any pre-14-day session is booked or delivered.

4. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw from your purchase, simply inform us of your decision with a clear statement — for example, by:

Emailing us at [hello@pukhrajranjan.com], or
Using the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy (optional — not required), or
Sending a written notice by post to our business address below

Please include your name, order/booking reference, purchase date, and (optional) reason. We'll confirm receipt of your withdrawal notice without delay, usually by email.

5. Refunds — Method and Timing

If you withdraw within the 14-day period:

We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we're informed of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for this reimbursement.
If you gave express consent for coaching to begin before the withdrawal period ended (see Section 3) and later withdraw, we will refund the amount paid minus a proportionate charge for the coaching already delivered.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Cancelling Ongoing Programs, Packages, or Subscriptions

Within the 14-day statutory withdrawal period (see Section 2), you're entitled to a full refund, as described above — this applies no matter which package or payment structure you're on.

After the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, the following applies to all coaching packages and programs:

A non-refundable advance of €999 applies once the 14-day window closes, reflecting the onboarding, planning, and coaching work that begins once your engagement is underway.
If you cancel after the 14-day window: you forfeit the €999 advance. Any amount you've already paid beyond €999 will be refunded to you.
If you're on a deposit-and-installment plan and cancel after the 14-day window: you remain responsible for reaching the full €999 non-refundable advance across your deposit and installments combined — i.e., if your deposit and any installments paid so far total less than €999, the remaining balance up to €999 is still due, since the service has officially begun. No further payments beyond that amount are owed.
If you paid in full and cancel after the 14-day window: you'll be refunded the amount paid, minus the €999 non-refundable advance.

Beyond this, our standard cancellation terms apply to multi-session packages and recurring/subscription coaching programs:

Multi-session packages (e.g. the Mycelium program): you're welcome to contact us to discuss rescheduling, pausing, or transferring remaining sessions by emailing hello@pukhrajranjan.com
Recurring/subscription programs: you may cancel future billing at any time by emailing hello@pukhrajranjan.com, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not refund the current, already-paid billing period except as required by the 14-day right of withdrawal above.
Missed or late-cancelled sessions: If you cancel or need to reschedule a session, please let us know as soon as possible. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are considered forfeited, unless there's a genuine emergency.

7. When the Right of Withdrawal Doesn't Apply

Your right of withdrawal may be lost or limited in these situations:

The coaching service has been fully performed, you gave express prior consent to start before the 14 days ended, and you acknowledged you'd lose your withdrawal right upon full performance (see Section 3).
Digital content (e.g., a downloadable workbook, recorded course, or template) supplied immediately, where you gave express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged you'd lose your withdrawal right upon starting the download/stream.
Bespoke or personalized content clearly tailored to your individual needs (e.g., a custom coaching plan created specifically for you) may also fall outside the standard withdrawal right, depending on how it was delivered — we'll flag this clearly at the point of purchase where it applies.
