I AM rooting for you
Big vision. Big heart.
Done losing yourself to lead
I Am rooting for you because,
I’VE stood exactly where you're standing.
For fifteen years, I built things for other people. Communities. Programs. Impact.
And then I built something for myself, and it nearly broke me.
A weaver from the start
I've always been the one who connects people.
At Teach For India, I built reciprocal relationships between schools, communities and families, and then mentored and trained over 200+ teachers for three years for the non-profit.
At HundrED, I stewarded a global network of 700+ education ambassadors and mentored 23 youth ambassadors from 15 countries.
Then I founded moi namaste, an impact marketplace that partnered with women-led maker organizations, reaching 500+ artisans and bringing 10 South-Asian artisan brands into the Nordic market.
On the journey, I watched brilliant, big-hearted women disappear as they poured themselves into meaningful work, living and breathing for the mission.
I told myself I would do it differently..
Then I built my own business, and I did the exact same thing.
What does it cost to build something meaningful?
Why does caring so often look like disappearing?
Is there a way to hold power that doesn't require losing yourself?
The bigness in me, the vision, the drive, the refusal to sit still, was never the problem. The problem was that divide and rule had made its home in me. My ambition on one side, my body on the other.
I was taught to hustle. I had to unlearn it to survive.
Burnout and a full moon night made the decision I couldn't make for myself. I closed the business, and finally asked my body what she wanted me to know. She reminded me of the signals I had ignored for years: stress hives, insomnia, hypothyroidism, three consecutive miscarriages.
Nothing in me needed fixing.
I simply had to let something go to become who I was meant to be..
Who I am BECOMING
By returning to the wisdom I had overlooked, I remembered how to lead.
I grew up in India and have built my life and work in Finland. Between the two, I've seen how colonial thinking taught generations to trust imported definitions of success over their grandmothers' wisdom, and how even the most progressive systems can still run on extractive leadership.
Coming home to my roots wasn't only healing.
It was decolonizing how I lead.
My Teachers
Nature showed me the way.
Motherhood became my proof.
Shakti became my guide.
What the Earth’s Wisdom Taught Me
A tree roots first, deep and unseen, and only then does it reach. It lets its leaves fall every year and trusts that spring will come. Nature taught me that rest isn't the opposite of growth. It's how growth happens.
What Motherhood Awakened in Me
I saw it in the craftswomen I worked alongside, and in their mothers and grandmothers: women who led entire households without ever calling it leadership. The moment I became a mother, I felt that same knowing rise in me.
What Shakti Reminds Me Everyday
Shakti is the energy behind creation and destruction, stillness and storm. She is fierce and nurturing in the same breath. She reminds me that power was never meant to be separated from softness.
This is the journey that birthed the Mother Tree Way™
My offering
to you
Today, I work with women, founders, leaders and organizations across social impact and sustainability, women carrying missions bigger than themselves, and I bring the whole of what I've lived to this work.
I'm a certified 200hr Yoga Teacher and YACEP-certified Sound Healer, with a Masters in Educational Leadership from Finland and a Bachelors in Business Administration from India. I was named a WISE Emerging Leader in Education (2019), a Vital Voices Global Ambassador for Craft (2023), and a Break Fellow for EU Female Founders (2022).
In 2026, I have worked with clients across 8 countries, built the Regenerative Women community of 400+ women, and reached over 15,000 people across Instagram and LinkedIn, and spoken and facilitated in rooms of 200 to 500+ people.
I am on a mission
to restore feminine leadership
intelligence in the world.
Our sacred nature is not something to be found, but to be remembered.
Who I See When I Picture You
I see the woman with a vision big enough to change her community,
still waiting for permission to lead it.
If this feels like you, I’m here for you.
