WINTERING | TEAM RETREAT
A facilitated retreat for teams to rest, harvest, and plan the season ahead.

Winter isn't only a season for slowing down. It's when a forest takes in what the year has given and turns it into what comes next. Wintering is a one- or two-day retreat, facilitated by me, where your team rests together and makes meaning of what you've harvested.

  • Somatic practice to rest and come back into the body

  • Circle conversations to reflect on the year and what it taught you

  • Collective visioning to decide what you'll grow together next
